Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026 · Applies to fetchinu.fun and app.fetchinu.fun (the “Service”), operated by Fetch Inu (“Fetch Inu”, “we”, “us”).

1. Agreement

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

2. What Fetch Inu is (and is not)

Fetch Inu is a discovery and referral service. When you describe what you are looking for, our agent searches product listings made available by Shopify merchants, ranks them for fit, and shows you links. Clicking “Buy” or “View on store” opens the merchant’s own website in a new tab.

• We are not a retailer, marketplace, payment processor or agent of any merchant.
• We are not a party to any purchase. Prices, availability, shipping, taxes, payment methods, delivery, warranties, returns and refunds are determined and handled solely by the merchant under the merchant’s terms.
• Product information shown in the Service comes from merchant catalogs and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Always confirm the details on the merchant’s site before you buy.
• You never pay for products inside the Service, in crypto or otherwise. Anyone asking you to send $FINU or any other asset to buy a product is not us.

3. Accounts, sessions and wallets

You can use the Service as a guest. A session cookie identifies your browser so we can keep your conversations, saved finds and credits together. You may link a blockchain wallet by signing a message; the signature proves you control the wallet, costs no gas and moves no funds. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and anything done from it. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

4. Fetch Credits

• The agent runs on Fetch Credits. Each request (“fetch”) uses a number of credits shown in the app. New visitors may receive a small number of free credits.
• You can buy credits by transferring $FINU to the Fetch Inu treasury address shown in the app. The number of credits you receive is calculated at the rate displayed at the time of the transfer. Transfers are verified on Robinhood Chain and cannot be reversed.
• Credits are a licence to use the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, are not refundable except where the law requires it, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may expire if the Service is discontinued. If a fetch fails because of an error on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
• We may change credit pricing, free allowances and rates at any time for future top-ups.

5. $FINU rewards

• Some merchants pay Fetch Inu a commission when you buy after clicking one of our links. At those partner stores we return part of that commission to you in $FINU (“Rewards”). Stores outside an affiliate programme pay no commission and therefore carry no cashback; the app marks which offers are eligible and the expected percentage.
• A Reward requires all of the following: a participating merchant, a purchase attributed to your click, the merchant confirming and paying the commission, and the merchant’s holding period passing without a cancellation, return or chargeback. Rewards reverse if the order does.
• Reward amounts, eligibility, holding periods and the $FINU conversion rate can change at any time and are not guaranteed. Rewards are a discretionary programme, not a promise of income or a return on any asset.
• To claim a Reward you must link a wallet. Rewards are sent to that wallet on Robinhood Chain; blockchain transactions are final. You are responsible for any taxes on Rewards.
• We may withhold or void Rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral, automated clicking, abuse or breach of these Terms.

5a. The vault

A fixed share of every settled commission is spent on chain rather than kept: 30% buys the Robinhood stock token $FINU is paired against (currently $SHOP) into a vault wallet, and 20% buys $FINU on the market. The remaining 50% runs the service and funds the cashback described above. The split, the amounts earned and the executed purchases are published at fetchinu.fun/vault.

The vault is not a claim, a redemption right or a guarantee of value. Holders cannot withdraw from it, the shares may change, and the amounts depend entirely on commissions that merchants actually pay.

6. Affiliate disclosure and ranking

Fetch Inu may earn a commission when you buy through its links. Our agent is instructed to rank products by how well they fit your brief first; whether a merchant pays us a commission is never allowed to outrank fit, and eligible offers are labelled. Merchants do not pay to be shown as a pick.

7. $FINU token

$FINU is a token launched on Robinhood Chain through a third-party launchpad. Fetch Inu does not sell $FINU through the Service, does not control its market, and makes no statement about its value. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Holding or using $FINU is at your own risk, and its price may go to zero.

8. AI-generated content

The agent’s answers are generated by an AI model from catalog data. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Verify anything that matters on the merchant’s site.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; scrape, bulk-query or automate access other than through features we provide; try to manipulate rankings, clicks or Rewards; interfere with the Service or other users; or reverse engineer non-public parts of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, mascot, name and software belong to Fetch Inu or its licensors. Product names, images and descriptions belong to the respective merchants and brands and appear only to identify their products. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial shopping.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of product information, availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be available at the price shown, that any merchant will honour an order, or that any Reward will be paid.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetch Inu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, tokens or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, any purchase from a merchant, any blockchain transaction, or any change in the value of $FINU. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Fetch Credits in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Shopify (product catalog and merchant checkouts), Anthropic (the AI model that powers the agent), Robinhood Chain and its infrastructure providers, and merchants themselves. Their terms govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for them.

14. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, at any time. Sections 5 to 15 survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
